🔸강연주제: Artificial Intelligence for Molecular Science
📑Abstract:
Recently Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been revolutionizing various fields in science, especially in molecular science domain. In This presentation showcases innovative research in AI for Molecular Science, focusing on accelerating scientific discovery through novel computational methodologies. The work is broadly divided into two main themes: advancing Molecular Relational Learning using Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and harnessing the power of Multimodal AI for molecules. For relational learning, we introduce methods, such as the Conditional Graph Information Bottleneck (CGIB), to accurately model how molecules interact by identifying task-specific core substructures. For multimodal learning, the research addresses the inherent data scarcity in molecular science by proposing novel strategies for integrating heterogeneous data modalities—from graph structures and spectra to human language descriptions—using multi-modal transformers and next-generation LLM Agents.
